There has long been a niche of active photographers who require a piece of essential equipment that simply wasn’t available – a true hiker’s backpack for camera and other gear. This is an image from Rustlers Gulch near Crested Butte, Colorado. I recently purchased the Nik Efex Complete Collection and this is the first image that I’ve really “worked” with Nik Silver Efex Pro. I’m really happy with the Nik’s workflow of creating black and white conversions. It is simple and intuitive. I found the controls familiar to work I used to do in the darkroom, years and years ago. I look forward to processing more images with the Nik plugins.
