New Zealand ~ 1999

Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud, is a magnificent country of varied, pristine landscape, clean cities and warm, friendly people.

My wife and I spent a little over 2 weeks traveling and honeymooning in New Zealand in September and October of 1999. And although we saw much of the country and had many wonderful experiences, two weeks was not enough time to truly appreciate this beautiful country with its easy-going people. I would recommend staying at least a three weeks, or longer, more if you prefer a leisurely pace of travel.
