Day 15 - Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula

Today we drove back out to the Otago Peninsula and visited Larnach Castle. It is a splendid Scottish castle surrounded by immaculate grounds. There is a self-guided tour that takes you through each room explaining the history of the architecture, furnishings and persons involved with the castle. You can climb to the battlements for great views of the entire peninsula.

We spent some time walking around Dunedin and lamenting the end of our trip, which comes tomorrow. But what a trip we have had!
